A graphic designer living in Chicago creating branding, editorial, and concept design. I have a passion for approaching graphics with storytelling and critical thinking to create bold and compelling work.
As Graphic Designer in my current role at R.R. Donnelley, I’ve produced digital and editorial communications projects for Discover, Costco, Fundbox, Credible, UNCF, Cleveland Clinic, American Lung Association, USPS, AWR, and Franklin Madison. As a freelancer, I have worked with 88Nine Radio Milwaukee, Discovery World, Skylight Music Theatre, Marcus Performing Arts Center, and Sea Salt Books. I’ve freelanced with Sea Salt Books since 2017 directing creative production for branding and publications. In my free time I work on building skills in motion design, video, and 3D. When my laptop closes, you’ll find me watching Avatar the Last Airbender, playing any Nintendo game under the sun, exploring Chicago restaurants, or working out to My Chemical Romance.
In the early 2000s my dad bought a Windows 97 computer. I was instantly addicted to KidPix, MS Paint, and creating my dream horse in “Barbie Riding Club - Barbie Adventures, 1998”; art became my favorite toy.

Discovering Design
High school is where I discovered there was a name for what I was most passionate about: graphic design. An incredibly dedicated, robust, and, most importantly, fun-as-hell arts program at CGHS gave me an outlet to explore every corner of the arts.
03
Going To College
Running off to higher education at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, I sank my teeth into the Communication Design program. Learning the wider context of art & design, refining existing skill, and getting acquainted with new mediums all became profoundly important to establishing my career as a professional.
04
Professional Development
Proven success in visual communication led me to internships with Skylight Music Theatre and Milwaukee Pridefest as well as a handful of freelance clients. The work I did outside of school introduced me to collaboration, client relationships, project management, and strategy.

Just Getting Started
After graduation I moved to Chicago and began working at RRD as a Graphic Designer. I have become a valuable member to the creative team by, time and time again, delivering strategic design work that reaches client goals.
